AXS PDF (axspdf.com) is operated by AXS LEARNING SRL, Romania (EU), CUI 52330648. By using the service you agree to these terms.

AXS PDF provides online tools to work with PDF and image files, plus a developer API. Most tools run in your browser. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You must be at least 16 to use the service. Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure and for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• process content you don't have the right to, or that is illegal;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the service;
• abuse the API, circumvent limits, or resell the service without permission;
• infringe others' rights.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Core tools are free. Paid plans (when available) renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply where required by EU law.

API access is subject to these terms and any published limits. Keep your keys secret; you are responsible for calls made with them. We may change or deprecate endpoints with reasonable notice.

The AXS PDF software, brand and content are owned by AXS LEARNING SRL. You keep all rights to your own files and content — we claim no ownership over them.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, AXS LEARNING SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Always keep your own backups of important files.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or where required by law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Romania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
